The advantage of training with resistance bands is that resistance levels, body movement, and range of motion can be manipulated to allow us to target your goals. Body Defined Training Program Includes:
• Agility & Coordination: Proper technique for permanent, positive changes in basic body movements. Competence in basic movement mechanics, which leads to proper movements in activities of daily living.
• Resistance Band Toning: Force production through increased muscle recruitment, rather than traditional philosophy of “size=strength�. Elastic force development to propulsive power, stabilization strength and strength endurance.
• Core and balance: Prevent low back/lumbar pain with a structured, well researched program. Improved core strength and balance can lead to a healthier and more functional life to do everyday tasks
• Flexability:Active FlexBand stretches are incorporated over the tradional boring static stretching.
