We have a Body Defined Class for men and women. The advantage of training with resistance bands is that resistance levels, body movement, and range of motion can be manipulated to allow us to target your goals. Our clients tell us this is the best kept secret in town. Liz W has lost 50 lbs since Feb. Janice H had to buy all new pants. Martin V is now getting dates. Carolyn C is “Rock Hard�. Dana Z has dropped 20 lbs.

Our Body Defined Program is designed for active adults looking for a challenging training program. The program is designed to actively challenge effort and coordination with 60 minute movement-based sessions. All sessions are fun, fast-paced, and educational, which is unique compared to a traditional gym-based workout. The result is an increase in fitness as well as improved metabolism, body composition, and exercise technique. Slimming down or bulking up, you will see real results! At our BODY DEFINED sessions you’ll find an experience unlike any other. Our uniquely structured, athletic environment is a place you can increase your personal fitness by participating in group-based activities and exercises. So break free from the monotony of the treadmill and enjoy a workout that’s fun.

Body Defined Training Program Includes:

• Agility & Coordination: Proper technique for permanent, positive changes in basic body movements. Competence in basic movement mechanics, which leads to proper movements in activities of daily living.
• Resistance Band Toning: Force production through increased muscle recruitment, rather than traditional philosophy of “size=strength�. Elastic force development to propulsive power, stabilization strength and strength endurance.
• Core and balance: Prevent low back/lumbar pain with a structured, well researched program. Improved core strength and balance can lead to a healthier and more functional life to do everyday tasks
